01 Why no prices on the site?
Every brand brings a different starting point, scope and goal. A landing page rebuild is a different job than running three platforms for a touring artist. A custom quote keeps the price honest and the scope right.
02 How does it work?
Book a call. Tell us where you are, where you want to go, what you have in hand. Within a few days you get a written proposal with scope, deliverables, timeline and a fixed monthly or project number. No surprises.
03 Project, retainer or one-off?
Web design and event films are project-based. Social media management and content production run on monthly retainers, three-month minimum. One-off shoots and edits stand on their own.
04 Travel, gear, third-party costs?
Anything outside our standard scope (e.g. paid ads spend, external talent, props, venue fees) is passed through at cost and listed in the proposal up front. No hidden line items.
05 How do payments work?
Retainers run monthly in advance. Projects split 50% on signing, 50% on delivery. Bank transfer, EUR. Invoices include KvK and BTW.
