When you submit the contact form on this site we receive your name, email address, organisation (optional), the service you are interested in (optional) and the message you send us.
When you email us directly, we receive whatever information you put in your message.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
We process your data only to respond to your enquiry, scope a possible engagement and follow up on it. The legal bases are your consent (you contact us) and our legitimate interest in running our business.
Enquiries that do not turn into projects: deleted within 12 months.
Project correspondence with active and former clients: kept for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years to meet Dutch tax retention requirements.
We use a small number of trusted providers to operate our site and email. They process data only on our instructions.
This site does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics that profile you.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not fingerprint visitors. Only essential cookies needed to deliver the site may be set.
Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to processing, or receive a copy in a portable format.
Email info@captureandconnect.nl with your request and we will respond within 30 days.
If you believe we are mishandling your data, please contact us first so we can put it right.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority — Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
